Nope, never. We’re by Canadians, for Canadians. (Even if we weren’t, this isn’t the kind of thing you want crossing borders.)

Every order is shipped using Canada Post Xpresspost and includes tracking. If alternative shipping methods are required on your end, please contact us to see if we can accommodate you.

Nobody likes waiting, so we aim to have all orders sent out the same or next day. All orders are shipped with Canada Post using Xpresspost, once received at the post office it’s out of our hands but usually makes it way to the destination in 2-4 weekdays depending on your location.

Free shipping is available for orders totalling over $200. Orders less than that are charged a flat rate of $25 for express shipping.

Orders are normally shipped from Ontario, occasionnaly from British Columbia.

Nope, never. Merchant accounts are a hard thing to acquire in our industry as you might imagine, and not ideal for anonymity.

It really depends on how you’d like to pay and what you’d like to order. Crypto payments may be accepted (depending on a few factors,) so you’re best to contact us first to work out the details as we’ll need to manually process your order if we work it out.

Payments (with rare exception) are made by Interac e-Transfer.  This is a simple, normally free service to send a specified amount directly from your account (sometimes $0.50 – $1.00 per transaction) depending on your particular bank or credit union.

We understand some customers would rather not use their real name for privacy reasons, and that’s theoretically ok with us – privacy is good.

However, this can make for problems in some situations:

• If your mailbox is full, the package is too large or any other reason and you’re left a ‘pick it up from the local post office’ notice for whatever reason, they usually require ID to know they’re handing over the package to the right person. If you don’t have an ID for “John Doe” to whom it was addressed, you’re probably going to have a hard time.
• It’s unlikely, but if you live in a very small town (where everybody knows your name) – the carrier might know that “Charlie Brown” doesn’t live at your address and assume there’s been a mistake.

So – it’s ‘allowed’ by us at Phiend, but not recommended. If your order is not delivered because of a fake name it’s on you – and no refund or replacement will be issued. 

While nothing in this world is 100% safe – we’re still confident in saying yes.

Having worked with other alternative dispensaries over the course of a decade and dealing with tens of thousands of orders, we’ve never heard of a customer ‘getting in trouble’ for their purchase.

• Your information is sent securely and never shared with any third parties.
• Packages are sent discretely with no indication of what’s inside.
• Regardless, Canada Post (including packages) is federal mail and opening it intentionally when not addressed to your person is a federal offence.
• Yes, that includes postal workers and law enforcement (short of a couple of acts that this would never fall under.)

In a nutshell, our overworked police forces have bigger fish to fry, and even if they didn’t – can’t simply rip open your package legally unless you’re already suspected of something much worse than some drug use.
