Your Privacy is Paramount

Normally, a site’s privacy policy would include a bunch of pseudo legalize designed to protect the site owner from any issues that may arrive, especially in certain states and/or countries that have some overbearing regulations for something as simple as a small vendor with a web site.

Luckily, we don’t deal with said places – Phiend is by Canadians and for Canadians exclusively. We love people all over the world, but if you’re here from anywhere other than Canada – please look elsewhere, we can’t help you out.

With that said, here’s our straight forward, no nonsense approach to ease your mind.

Shipping Discretely Means Just That:

Plain packaged (well, Xpresspost boxes or packets) and usually with no return address, or if with one – certainly not one that indicates what’s inside is anything less than wholesome. You may get your package from ‘Learn to Knit’ for example, but but never from Phiend.ca or anything of the sort.

Purging Ordering Records:

As much as we’d like to offer ‘loyalty programs’, ‘points’ or similar to our valued customers, that’s not something we can automate without keeping a history of your orders. That means a database with your name, shipping address, order history and more have to stick around in perpetuity. While most enforcement agencies don’t really care about end-users, better safe than sorry.

That’s why we purge (delete) our customer/ordering information soon after their goods have been delivered just as an extra precaution. No customer ‘accounts’, any data retention is just until we’re sure there’s been no issues with your order and removed thereafter for your piece of mind.

We Don’t Share Your Information with Any Third Parties:

Freedom (as far as drugs go) has come a long way in a short time here in the Great White North, but nonetheless even entirely legal things like Marijuana may still be an issue to employers, family or whomever. Your business is your business, and we respect your confidentiality.
